Once you arrive inside the legendary campus, here on the bank of the Hudson River, you'll find one of the grandest performing arts facilities in the Empire State. Eisenhower Hall Theatre at West Point boasts breathtaking views, state-of-the-art facilities and the most comfortable seats this side of the Brooklyn Bridge.

Coming to West Point
​Attending an event at Eisenhower Hall Theatre at West Point is a memorable experience - but it also comes with unique guidelines due to the USMA's status as an active military post. It's important to be aware of access requirements, parking procedures, and visitor expectations.
Ticketed events have special conditions/qualifications during special times determined day by day, etc. To ensure easeful access, please be prepared to follow the same entry requirements as all visitors.
TRAVELING TO WEST POINT
Plan more time than usual to get here, parking at Eisenhower Hall is limited and fills up quickly. It may take more time than usual to park, walk to the building, and get to the theatre before the show begins. Please plan accordingly.
GATE ACCESS
West Point is Real ID Compliant

Visitors with a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card, and/or retired military ID can access the post through any gate.

If visitors (18+) do not have a DoD Common Access Card or retired military ID, they must go to the Visitor Control Center with a U.S. ID in the form of a Real ID and/or Enhanced DL.

If visitors do not have Real ID/Enhanced driver's license, retired military ID, DoD Common Access Card, or a service-connected Veterans Card, they must bring another form of U.S. ID, such as a passport, Social Security card, or birth certificate.

Failure to bring these documents will result in denial of access.

International visitors may enter West Point when accompanied and escorted by someone with a military ID and/or DOD Common Access Card, but will first need to go to the Visitors Control Center to have their passports scanned.

Visitors must carry ID with them at all times while at West Point. Please inform all members of your party.

GPS NAVIGATION
Many GPS systems guide travelers to Eisenhower Hall through the Washington Gate, which is now closed on weekends.
Plan to enter West Point through the Stony Lonesome or Thayer Gates.
If you have never been to Ike Hall before, or are unsure how to get here, 1st GPS to the Thayer or Stony Lonesome Gate:

RIDE SHARE – UBER, LYFT, TAXI
Ride share services (Uber, Lyft, Taxi) may get you to Ike Hall before show, they will likely NOT be able to get to Ike Hall after the show. Uber, Lyft and Taxi drivers must obtain a pass from the Visitor’s Center to pick you up.
ROAD CLOSURES
Mills Road between Stony Lonesome Road and Howze Place, in front of Michie Stadium, overlooking Lusk Reservoir, is now permanently closed for the expansion of Michie Stadium.

PARKING
Parking at Eisenhower Hall is FREE but limited and fills up quickly on show days – arrive early.
Note - North Dock parking lot - down the hill from Ike Hall - still under construction – reduced parking capacity.
HANDICAP PARKING
Under the building on Pitcher Road, in the tunnel, just outside of the Box Office/1st floor entrance. Plan to arrive early, these parking spaces also fill up quickly.

ACCESSIBILITY
Areas around Ike Hall are hilly and not easy to navigate. Best Accessibility experience is to be dropped off at Box Office/1st floor entrance, there is an elevator just inside the doors that will take you to theatre with as few and easy steps as possible.
SHUTTLE BUSES – Shows over 1000 tickets
Shows with ticket sales over 1000, will include Shuttle Bus service to/from additional parking areas.
This information will be sent via email, at least a day out from the show to the account addresses who purchased tickets.

Located on Ike Hall's 2nd Floor, is a fully operational Café. Menu selections include hot entrees, salads, soups, burgers and sandwiches. Open two hours prior to most season subscription performances.

Mamie's Theatre Buffet

Come join us for dinner before the show, arrive early, and avoid the rush! Enjoy a delicious buffet in a relaxed casual atmosphere overlooking the majestic Hudson River. Mamie's Buffet features a delightful menu prepared by our Culinary Executive team. It includes dessert, coffee, and Cocktail service. Mamie’s Theatre Buffet opens 2 ½ hours prior to all Ike Hall Season performances.
